Return Policy
If you're looking to return your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! You may return your product(s) for store credit or a refund to the original payment method.
We accept merchandise for return as long as it:
- Is within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
- Is in the same new condition in which you received it (unused, unwashed, undamaged) with no visible signs of use.
Please note:
- Discounted items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
- Refunds and store credits only include the cost of the product(s) and do not include the original shipping cost.
- Gifted items may only be returned for store credit.
- If an item is received in poor condition, not due to our error, a refund will not be issued.
- If 14 days have gone by since you received your item(s), unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or store credit.
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps*:
- Send us an e-mail at hello@satinproject.com
- A return shipping label will be provided free of cost via e-mail. Print out the return shipping label and affix it to your package.
- If applicable, include the packing slip in the package. If you no longer have the packing slip, please include the following information: Order number, First and last name of person who placed the order, and full billing address including zip code.
- Please seal the package securely.
- Please retain the tracking number for your records.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and we will provide a status on your refund at that time.
- You should receive your refund to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.

If you haven’t received a refund within 14 business days, first check your bank account again.

*If the credit/debit card you used for your initial purchase is no longer active, please advise your bank of the impending refund as they should be able to assist.
